SPREAD THIS SHIT LIKE WILDFIRE BECAUSE IT IS AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE.
So much fucking respect for this guy.
The lack of notes shows the large division between the two people he mentioned.
I can never stress this enough. My dad used to do the same, he’d tease me and I’d go for the biscuits to feel better. But he’d tease me some more. He said he was trying to motivate me, it never works like that. Encourage people, not mock them and make them feel horrible about their body to motivate change. It never works like that. Nobody deserves that hate.
Ugh..This made me cry. Hit close to home.
This is beautiful!!!
At a boy, boogie! I still have chills. What an incredibly beautiful human being.
Oh God, I cried. Bless this man. If he loses the weigh or not, I hope he loves his body, and lives a happy life
Crying.
Hating on people isn’t the way! This man is awesome and brave.

It was time for new progress photos. I feel as though sometimes many of us in the “fitblr” community begin our journeys in search of healthy habits to replace old unhealthy ones but end up developing new unhealthy habits with the new lifestyle. I now eat much more whole, unprocessed foods as opposed to a year and a half ago, but I never ate Lean Cuisines or anything like that, and I never went under 1200 calories from the beginning. However, I became obsessed with calorie counting and measured all of my portions obsessively, even fruit and raw vegetables. I weighed and measured myself practically every day. Today marks the day I decided to delete my MyFitnessPal account. I met some amazing people on there, but I just did not want to be encouraged to calorie count anymore. I stopped counting/obsessively measuring a month ago, and I also went a month without stepping on the scale. I lost a pound and a half in that month, and I even had some biscuits and cupcakes along the way. Transformation means being healthy in body and in mind. It takes time to get there, but you will.
I’m straight killing it over here! I’m so proud of myself. Self high five!
My favourite fitblr! Just so much progress and happiness. So much effort is put in to looking this badass and it all pays off.
